After living in my Summerbrae Home for two years I'm still thrilled!
When researching builders a good friend in the industry commented that Summerbrae is one of the few builders that clients actually like once the build is complete. He was correct... Even though I built during peak building activity, my needs were addressed and met as they came up. I also had very few defiencies and more importantly NO SURPRISES! Unlike friends that were building at the same time.
This was my third new home and by far the best build experince of all.
